Vagabond Dioon Closed Toe Sandals Review

It certainly does not come as a big surprise that I am a huge fan of creepers and chunky shoes in general. Well, let's face it: I'm just a big fan of shoes overall. I do however tend to gravitate towards big heels and raised platforms because they're easy to walk in and look edgy.

Whatever you say, if you're into fashion, you know that shoes are basically the statement. That doesn't mean necessarily that I'm snob for shoes - I'm really not - but most designers say that when they meet people, the first things they notice are the shoes and the watch.

I'm a pretty lazy bastard when it comes to styling when I go to uni, so you ALWAYS see me wear the same 2 pairs of whatever I am obsessed with at that specific moment. I wear THE CRAP out of certain shoes and then, when they look like rubbish and literally start falling apart, I go buy new ones.

Changing shoes every other day..? SAY WHAT?
Ain't nobody got time for that!

Maybe one day, when I have a walk-in closet and can afford luxurious shoes and live in a country where it rains less I might adopt to that kind of lifestyle, but I don't see that happening any time soon.

Anyway, it's finally spring in UK and I needed a nice pair of sandals. They had to look cool, be comfy and somewhat resistant considering the every-day long walks I tend to take.

I spotted different open-side shoes around River Island, TopShop etc but they were all either heavy or quite cheap-looking. It's heart breaking when you see your friend get nice shoes and then after a week they have to throw them away because they are broken and unwearable. Waste of money really.

Last week I was in Urban Outfitters and din din din! I found these babes.
They're the Vagabond Dioon Close Toe Sandals and they're perfection.

The cutaway detailing on the side makes them perfect for spring but you can also rock them in autumn with a nice pair of socks. The chunky heels makes it super easy to walk like a model on a runaway from the first time you try them. The closed toe gives you the chance to wear them at even more serious situations such as interviews, gallery event etc

They're priced at £75 which is quite good for the amazing quality you get.
I wore these babes with dresses, jeans, trousers and they're perfect for any style.

Let me know in the comments if you want to see me wear them with specific outfits, so you can get an idea of the vibe and the way they're flexible.
