This week it's been a crazy ride. As some of you may know from last week's post, I started the Blogilates calendar. I did stick to it quite well and I did manage to catch up on workouts I may have skipped because of laziness. (oops) Unfortunately I am an "inelastic" girl and many exercises were difficult for me. Literally the easiest stuff I couldn't do because I am super rigid. Then my back started to hurt for the past couple of days and I decided it's not really for me. I believe every person has types of workouts that really go down well and other that just don't work well enough. For example, my mum CAN'T do things from the Jillian Michaels dvds but I can - and vice versa for other things. Evidently my posture and body couldn't really do anything on the floor that required me to be on my back all the time. I decided to stop and maybe do more stretching for now. I'll try again in a few months and see if I can give pilates another go. I did however purchase a small dvd collection from Jillian Michaels and I can't wait for it to arrive. She's still my favourite.

Healthy Drink Of The Week
This is for any of you that are currently busy and can't really spend time mixing fruit in the kitchen to make your own juice. It contains pressed red and green grapes, 2 smashes bananas, lemon juice, orange, crushed blueberries, acai berries and 1 pressed pomegranate. It tastes so good and it fills you up when you're tempted to snack on something evil like french fries.
Healthy Snack Of The Week
I had one of these in my bag all this week and have been loving them especially when I'm reading magazines and chilling in the park. They're the perfect snack in between meals!
