So... this happened.
Because it's that time of the year when you end up showing a little more skin than usual. Not half naked but you know..shorts, skater dresses, skirts, sandals and if you're lucky..no tights at all!
If you're following me on twitter then you'd probably know that my mum surprised me with a Florida trip to visit Hogwarts in June to celebrate her birthday/the end of my first year in Uni. I would be more excited if I could actually grasp what's happening but it's a lot to take in since it's been my dream to visit that place since they built it.
Anyway, the whole point is - I'm gonna be going somewhere hot and I need to start working out! I basically abandoned my workout routine last month when 5 deadlines were approaching and I was freaking out. I was under a lot of stress but now that I'm finally done I can take more "me time" and pamper myself and look after what I eat, when and how to burn calories!
I decided to start FITNESS FRIDAY because some time ago on a beauty chat a girl told me it would be great if more people did Fitness Friday posts and now that bikini season is here, I'm sure you're all going to get something out of it.
I'd like to know from YOU what you'd like to see mainly.
- Healthy Recipes? (I ain't a great chef so it'd be pretty basic, quick stuff)
- Workout Routine of the day?
- Workout gear I like?
- My progress?
