Oh yes, don't fall off the chair. After MONTHS I decided to update the fashion category and do some more outfit posts. I love to challenge myself, learn and see what other people think. I'm very critical with photos of myself, especially OOTD's; I don't know what it is, but I'm never 100% happy with fashion photos because I'm such an awkward penguin and I hate posing most of the time. One of my 2015 goals is to get over it and just relax. It's a damn post and everyone sees I'm not a model, AMright ladies? If you have any tips please do write them in the comments, I could use with some help.
What I've been trying to do at the moment is transform my wardrobe and go back to the monochrome/ simple style I had a few years back before getting in a "the brighter, the better" stage that now leaves me with the most crazy items - don't ask.
I was contacted by Choies to choose three things I like from their site and I wanted to give them a shot as a brand since we don't have them over here in UK and some people may be a bit weary of ordering from them since they ship from far away. The company was great, the items arrived quickly and in great conditions and here they are:
I honestly cannot even tell you how many compliments I get when I wear this gem. I don't know what it is about this hat but people on the street ALWAYS say nice things every time I decide to use it . I am always super pleased because it makes you look great, feel great and cover up a bad hair day in a stylish way.
I love this bag because it can be a nice out and about with your girlfriends piece but it's also great for nightclubs or pub dates. It's simple, chic and fits a lot in there whilst still looking like you're a very "bare/minimal" kinda gal. Not gonna lie, whenever I put this under my arm I imagine I'm in Sex and The City.
I adore this jumper. It's perfect for this transitional weather when it's not too cold yet but it's getting there. It fits more on the shorter side which makes it great if you want to style it with an oversized white shirt for example but I decided to go with the easy throw on look in this particular occasion. I will definitely use this gem in multiple outfit posts because it's versatile and it looks classy.
These are my newest obsession from Zara. They're so bloody similar to the Acne version which are more expensive and harder to find. I got my pair last week and honestly I am so in love. I wasn't a believer of the whole "the shoes make the outfit" but now I totally get it. I feel like a millionaire when I wear these. You do have to break them in a little bit but no pain, no gain.
You can shop the post down below where I selected a few similar items as well. I hope you're going to have a wonderful weekend xoxo
