|Nourish Argan Skin Renew Cream|
Moisturising at night is possibly the second most important step for me after removing makeup. The seasons have changed and now it's finally warming up in UK (it is June after all), however one thing that surprisingly hasn't changed is what I put on my face.
I know many bloggers tend to use different products in the summer compared to winter and I totally understand why. When the weather is warmer you do want something lighter on the skin that sinks in fast and works on those dry patches whilst hydrating your thirty face, however I still like to go down heavy at night and I'm not afraid to look greasy if I have to.
I tend to keep my routine pretty simple avoiding 6 products layered up one on the other so the only two things you'll see me use is an eye cream and this little number from Nourish called the Argan Skin Renew cream. I have been absolutely impressed with it and after using it both day and night this past winter, it ended up staying in my evening skincare routine for summer too.
What I particularly like about it is that you feel how much it hydrates yet it does not make me feel like i piled on loads of product - and no, I don't look like a greasy mess either! Also, I started getting really fine lines on my forehead but when I use this cream they just disappear immediately and it's not even marketed for this type of issues.
After seeing a dramatic improvement on my skin I just stayed with it and now I felt it was time to let all of you know about this gem since I don't do too many skincare posts that often.
I think this moisturiser is great for - wait for it - all skin types. I usually roll my eyes when I see companies stating that but in this case it just worked well on me as an oily/combo gal and on my mum who is way older (sorry Ma) and has drier skin. If two people with polar opposite skin types enjoy it then it must say something? Also, for girls that use ultra mattifying foundations, this will help you against the risk of cakey-ness or the highlight of dry patches which can unfortunately happen.
It retails for £25, pricey - I know - but SO worth it. Plus consider how long it has lasted me!
