THE GLOW-BOOSTING MOISTURISER FOR DULL SKIN

It's been a busy summer so far and with the hormonal weather we've been experiencing here, my skin couldn't have made it without this amazing moisturiser. It's time to give it some credit.

About two month ago I ran out of my previous moisturiser  that lasted me all winter. I was in a bit of a crisis since I loved it so much but didn't want to re-purchase it straight away because I felt the need to try new things for, you know, the blog. I knew a brand that never failed to impress me in the past was The Body Shop and since their prices are pretty good as well I just went for it and decided to try their Vitamin C Glow Boosting moisturiser. I had pretty high hopes for it and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!

The consistency is quite gel-like and very light and fresh. I would say it's perfect for summer and for people with combination/oily skin who need lots of moisture but no greasiness. The fast absorption meant I could pretty much slap on some foundation straight away and go conquer the world (aka go to work...). I was so pleased to see that any fine lines that appeared were GONE after I started using it regularly and now it's literally my favourite moisturiser.

It's worth mentioning that the orange/citrus smell may put off some people but the scent doesn't linger and honestly, after a while you learn to appreciate it. I am absolutely obsessed.  My skin is glowing and I feel like the dry patches I had around the mouth and nose area are gone *touches wood*. Whenever I pair it with my killer primer I can literally get the perfect base but if I leave it on its own, it performs well and it gets rid of any tightness and dehydration. I believe that so far the Vitamin C range has been one of the best lines I've tried!

  7. I have heard so so much about the Vitamin C range, especially on beauty blogs. My skin is so dry, a lot of the time I will buy products meant for dry skin but they are overly greasy. I think I may have to try this one next time as it sounds perfect!
